Villa Clara — 18th-century architecture, a spacious park, and the soft light of the Italian sky merge into a harmonious artistic composition. The estate grounds, a large swimming pool, and the unhurried countryside lifestyle in the spirit of classical Tuscany create an atmosphere of refined elegance.
Villa Overview
Villa Clara is a spacious and authentic 18th-century estate villa featuring a private swimming pool, a formal Italian garden, and its own private chapel. The historic architecture of the residence reflects the atmosphere of Italian classicism: the elegant façade lines, green avenues, and the soft light of the Tuscan sky create a harmonious and picturesque countryside composition. The villa is perfectly suited for large groups of friends or several families holidaying together.
The villa accommodates up to 20 guests: the property offers 10 bedrooms and 9 bathrooms. All bedrooms are air-conditioned, and eight feature en-suite bathrooms. One double bedroom and one twin bedroom on one of the floors share a bathroom, making them ideal for a family with children. For smaller groups, the Villa Clara format (up to 12 guests) is available. For parties exceeding 20 guests, Casa Rosa, located on the same estate, can additionally accommodate up to 12 guests.
The layout of the villa is thoughtfully designed for a comfortable stay. Ground floor: spacious dining room with French windows opening onto both the front and rear gardens; traditional Tuscan-style kitchen; billiard room; cosy living room; laundry room; guest bathroom. First floor: large living room with access to the garden; two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms (shower); one double bedroom and one twin bedroom sharing a bathroom (shower). Second floor: three double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms (shower); two twin bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms (bathtub and separate shower); one additional twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom (shower).
A magnificent large swimming pool (18×8 m) is located just a few minutes’ walk from the villa. The pool area is fenced, ensuring comfort and safety, especially for families with children.
Tuscan Scenic and Architectural Masterpieces
Villa Clara serves as an inspiring starting point for discovering the artistic and cultural heritage of the region. Guests may relax on the beaches of Versilia, explore the majestic monuments of Florence, or visit one of Tuscany’s renowned wineries, where winemaking traditions have been elevated to an art form.
Southern Tuscany — Maremma, with its wild and unspoiled landscapes, completes this aesthetic journey. Rolling hills, historic architecture, and golden light create scenery reminiscent of classical paintings. A stay at Villa Clara becomes more than a holiday — it is an immersion into the refined Tuscan art style, where history, nature, and lifestyle blend into a harmonious composition.
The space of Villa Clara, where 18th-century architecture, a vast park, and the soft light of the Italian sky merge into a unified artistic composition, seems to attune the senses to vivid and sensual images of art. In this atmosphere of classical Tuscan serenity and refined beauty, the expressive and pictorial legacy of one of the brightest representatives of Fauvism — Kees van Dongen (1877–1968) — is revealed with particular intensity. His works, filled with bold color, dynamic energy, and Parisian temperament, resonate organically with the rhythm of this space and are presented on the portal of the Gostev’s dynasty investment art.
