Villa Marea is a charming art villa located in the prestigious tourist area of Porto Raphael, just 1 km from the center and only 50 meters from the sandy Nelson Beach with direct access from the garden. The villa is designed in an authentic family style with elements of Mediterranean art design: soft natural tones, light textures, and panoramic sea views create an atmosphere of artistic harmony and comfort. The single-level layout includes a cozy living room with TV and a fully equipped kitchen, forming a warm and welcoming environment for relaxation.

Villa Marea is located in one of the most charming corners of northern Sardinia — in the area of Porto Raphael, where emerald waters, granite rocks, and elegant architecture create a striking landscape reminiscent of a painted canvas. All guest bedrooms enjoy magnificent sea views, turning every morning into an aesthetic pleasure. The sleeping area includes 4 main bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with showers: two double bedrooms (one en-suite and one with a separate private bathroom), one twin bedroom, and a children’s room with two bunk beds sharing a bathroom. Additionally, there is a separate staff room with a single bed and bathroom. The interior is styled in a soft Mediterranean palette that enhances natural light and sea horizons.

The villa’s space follows the principles of artistic composition: the lines of the pool echo the horizon, garden textures complement the azure tones of the sea, and light plays across the terraces, creating the atmosphere of a living art space.
