The villa is arranged over three floors and divided into two independent apartments. The main residence occupies the upper two levels, with its entrance on the first floor at the rear of the building. A spacious hallway leads to a panoramic living room with access to the terrace, a dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen with direct access to the outdoor dining area. This level also features a master bedroom with en-suite shower room, a guest bathroom, and two double bedrooms with an additional shower room. An elegant wooden staircase leads to the attic space with a double sofa bed and bathroom.

The ground-floor apartment includes a spacious living area with open-plan kitchen, a twin bedroom (with joinable beds), a bathroom with shower, and a double bedroom with en-suite shower room. Both apartments have direct access to the beautifully maintained panoramic garden with relaxation areas and an outdoor dining space, allowing guests to fully enjoy the surrounding landscape.

Exterior: the fully fenced garden is arranged over two terraced levels descending in front of the villa. The lush lawn is complemented by olive trees and typical Ligurian plants. The terrace at the level of the main apartment, overlooking the bay, is arranged as an outdoor dining area with a large table for 12 guests, a brick barbecue with double grill, and a wood-fired oven. The terrace at the level of the ground-floor apartment with the swimming pool is designed as a sunbathing and relaxation area.

The irregularly shaped swimming pool, lined in PVC and equipped with Roman steps for easy access, measures 12 × 4.5 m, with a total surface area of 45 sq m and a depth ranging from 1.30 to 1.80 m. On one side of the pool there is a stone-paved relaxation area with a sofa and armchairs shaded by an umbrella, a hot and cold outdoor shower, and a changing room. The surrounding lawn is furnished with sun loungers and deck chairs. The pool features a salt purification system and is available from the last Saturday of April until the first Saturday of October.
